All above original certificates need to be submitted in the above order
Sufficient photostat copies of all the above documents should be kept in hand, once original certificates are submitted at the office request for getting the original for taking xerox is not entertained.

Submit Copy of Passport and Visa / Green Card documents / Overseas citizen of India (OCI) documents of their respective sponsor. The job of the sponsor should be mentioned in any of the above documents.
The Visa of the sponsor should be valued till the closing date of admission in respect of the BDS Course.
In case, the employment of the sponsor is not mentioned in the above documents , the candidate has to produce the Employment Certificate of the sponsor attested by the Embassy / Consulate Authorities.
Relationship Certificate from Village officer / Tahsildar.
An affidavit from the sponsor in a stamp paper worth Rs. 200 /- and notarized by the notary public, disclosing that the student is dependent of the sponsor and the all expenses ie Tuition fee & Special fee of the candidate for the entire course period will be borne by the sponsor.
