SHORT TERM GOALS

  • To equip our graduates to be well-versed in minor oral surgical procedures.
  • To establish a high-class minor OT setup with state-of-the-art equipment.
  • To familiarize the students with the most recent advances in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
  • To familiarize the students with the most recent advances in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
  • To impart research-oriented training to interns.
  • To make it mandatory for all our graduates to publish at least one article by the end of their training program.
  • To encourage active participation of students in various state and national conferences.
  • To encourage graduates to take up post-graduation and incorporate training for MDS in the curriculum.

LONG TERM GOALS

  • Set up collaboration with a trauma center and conduct compulsory observatory internships for our students
  • To get attached to a tertiary-level medical center with multiple OTs and to procure all sophisticated equipment to aid in operating all complex procedures.
  • To set up PG in OMFS and make it the best PG training institute.
