The Internal Complaints Committee of Indira Gandhi Institute of Dental Sciences (IGIDS) is committed to ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment. The committee provides a confidential and impartial platform for students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff to report concerns related to inappropriate conduct and seek guidance, with every complaint handled sensitively and fairly. In accordance with the Dental Council of India (DCI) guidelines, an Internal Complaints Cell was constituted on 25/07/2023 for the prevention, prohibition, and redressal of sexual harassment of women employees and students. Following the resignation of certain members from the institution, the committee is presently being reconstituted to continue fulfilling its responsibilities effectively.
