Important Instructions : BDS Admission Form

This online BDS Admission Form is applicable only to candidates allotted to Indira Gandhi Institute of Dental Sciences (IGIDS), Kothamangalam, through the CEE allotment process. Candidates are requested to read the instructions carefully and keep all the required information and documents ready before starting the application.

Documents & Information to Keep Ready

Please keep clear and valid copies of the following documents/information available before filling out the form:

1. Recent passport-size photograph of the candidate.
2. Aadhaar Card / Aadhaar number.
3. NEET details, including Application Number, Roll Number, Rank, Percentile, Score, All India Rank and Category Rank.
4. CEE/KEAM allotment details, including Roll Number, Rank, Year and Date of Allotment.
5. CEE Allotment Letter / relevant allotment document.
6. Plus Two / Qualifying Examination certificate or mark list, including Total marks and percentage
7. Migration Certificate, including Certificate Number and Date of Issue, wherever applicable.
8. Category/Caste-related documents, wherever applicable.
9. BPL certificate/supporting document, if applicable.

Before You Begin:

• Keep all required documents and information readily available before starting the application.
• Enter all details carefully and accurately as they appear in the respective certificates/documents.
• The application should be completed in all respects. Incomplete applications may be rejected.
• Keep your mobile number and email ID active, as they may be used for further communication.
• Ensure that the photograph and any documents uploaded are clear and legible.
• Candidates should verify all entered information before submitting the form.
• Keep a copy/screenshot of the completed application and submission details for future reference.
